Terms and Conditions — Laki 97 Betting Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Laki 97 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Laki 97.

• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by Laki 97 for a breach of these terms.

Laki 97 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where verification is requested, access to deposits, withdrawals, and betting may be suspended until the verification is complete. Providing false information during verification is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold one Laki 97 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Laki 97 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Laki 97 may request updated verification documents at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laki 97 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Laki 97 will not be held responsible for any losses or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from credentials being shared, compromised through phishing, or otherwise disclosed by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Laki 97 support immediately. Prompt reporting helps protect your account balance. Delays in reporting may affect the outcome of any investigation.

Laki 97 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to believe that the terms are being or have been violated.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Laki 97 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. Current deposit options are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your Laki 97 account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Laki 97 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — you are responsible for checking this with your provider before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Laki 97 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.

• Funds deposited must be used for betting or gaming activity. Laki 97 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposits have not been used for this purpose.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, which is displayed in your account settings at the time of the request.
• Laki 97 may apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

05 Betting Rules

Bets placed on Laki 97 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that sport, competition, or game type. It is your responsibility to read and understand the relevant rules before placing a bet. Laki 97 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 matches, international cricket fixtures, football, esports, and other events — each governed by rules specific to that market.

Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are fixed and cannot be changed. Laki 97 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except in cases where the platform has made a clear and verifiable pricing error. In such cases, Laki 97 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance.

Settlement of bets is based on the official result of the relevant event, as confirmed by the recognised governing body of that sport or competition. For cricket, this includes results confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as applicable. For PSL fixtures, settlement follows the official franchise and league results.

• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific market rules.
• In-play betting odds reflect live match conditions. A bet placed during a live event is accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at odds from before the event.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Laki 97 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single event or combination of bets.
• Where a bet has been placed using erroneous odds resulting from a technical fault or human error, Laki 97 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.

Laki 97 may restrict betting access or account activity where unusual patterns, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated betting activity is detected. Decisions made under this provision are at the platform's discretion and are final.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Laki 97 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotional terms, which are published alongside the offer. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any promotional terms, and in the event of a conflict, the promotional terms take precedence for that specific offer.

Bonuses credited to your Laki 97 account are not immediately withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement — for example, the number of times the bonus must be wagered and which markets qualify — is stated in the individual promotional terms.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonuses claimed using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder will be forfeited.
• Laki 97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, any wagered amounts derived from that bonus may be voided.

• Using a false identity or another person's identity during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Laki 97 account.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any content from Laki 97 without prior written permission. Scraping odds data, market information, or any other structured data from the platform is expressly prohibited. Unauthorised commercial use of Laki 97 content or branding will be treated as an infringement of intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

Laki 97 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, Laki 97 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Laki 97's control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Laki 97 shall not be liable for:
